You will collaborate with a young, passionate team of Intrapreneurs, each developing their own brand. You will have the support of the Ventura TRAVEL departments that will help you take your brand to its finest potential. We only consider applications that have a CV in English.
Support the growth and development of your new travel brand to make it a success
Build up new relationships with local partners in the area you chose to create unique travel experiences
Design amazing trips that will delight your customers
Ensure that the website with the content you provide will show your trips in an inspiring way
Work hand in hand with the Ventura Marketing team on a strategic level to ensure we address the right customers
Put the traveler into the focus and delight them with a world-class customer service that addresses customer needs
Hire and lead a team that will help you achieve all the above and ensures sustainable growth
You bring Great passion for the destination (and its people, nature, traditions and diversity)
Entrepreneurial spirit; ambitious and keen for challenges
Professional experience needed to succeed with your new brand
Excellent communication and self-organization skills
Good English skills, as it\'s our company language
Fair & sustainable approach; proven record of finishing projects successfully
Ability to focus on few priorities and to say no to things
Several years of experience in travel / tour operations
Knowledge of Google Analytics and Data Studio
Experience in leading a team
Languages of the destination and/or source market (e.g., German, French)
Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
