You will play a key role in keeping our projects organized and running smoothly: managing documentation, tracking costs, preparing reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and handling administrative processes linked to R&D project execution.How you'll make an impact Support planning and administrative tasks for the PMO.Coordinate cross‐functional inputs across R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and testing.Prepare, update, and track monthly cost sheets and financial project reports.Handle purchase orders, workshop orders, and procurement follow‐ups.Ensure transparent communication on project scope, timing, and deliverables.Live Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity.Your background Experience in administrative roles, ideally supporting projects or technical/industrial environments.Knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Planner, OnePlan, or similar tools.Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work across teams.Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.Technical curiosity or basic understanding of electrical products is a plus.Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.More about us A holistic range of competitive benefit program to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
