Customer Operations is a cross functional collaborative team that is the focal point between Customer, Sales, Service, and Operations. The team aims to ensure that all responses are handled in a timely manner with expertise and proficiency, all needs are met whilst ensuring processes are aligned, optimised and compliant.Your responsibilities will include :
Process customer orders / contracts from order entry to invoicingManagement of contracts / warranty and creation of stakeholder notificationsEnsure accurate timely information to key stakeholders in the order management process (such as :
customers, suppliers, service and sales colleagues)Organize and monitor transportation associated to ordersCollaborate with internal stakeholders :
e.G. provide information on order status, delivery status, invoicing…Maintaining an accurate order inventory and various internal reports.Creating & maintaining customer accounts (existing and newly created) in the ERP system.Administrative support for CO Team / other regional offices in Europe when required (Back up during vacation, sick leave)Your backgroundDegree in Commercial Administration or similarMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position (Customer Service, sales support or back-office function)Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic Logistic KnowledgeIndependent way of working, strong sense of service, able to communicate internally and externally.We’re not just looking for hard skills :
