WHO WE ARE
We are the European Trade Finance Service Center, part of BNP Paribas' Global Trade Operations, with 145 professionals from 21 nationalities. We deliver guarantee and documentary products for corporates and institutions across Europe, working closely with Integral Trade Solutions.
MISSION
As an Accounting Controller, you will ensure the integrity and reliability of accounting data for guarantee services. You will design and implement controls, certify balances and lead remediation of any control gaps. You will be the SPOC for finance, auditors and project teams, ensuring compliance and timely reporting. Your work underpins BNP Paribas' transformation of trade operations across Europe.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You develop and maintain internal controls to guarantee data accuracy.
You oversee independent accounting control across TFSC invoicing and accounting teams.
You reconcile and certify guarantee accounts, ensuring timely and accurate balance validation.
You act as the SPOC for finance, auditors and external stakeholders, providing documentation.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
You have a solid understanding of guarantee products and the accounting rules that apply.
You are proficient with Atlas, EPS, DWings, Docubase, TDR, Word, Excel, SWIFT and SIBES.
You have banking operations experience, define/monitor service‑level metrics and manage resources.
You hold an English C1 level (or higher) and demonstrate strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.
