POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (+5 years) to manage and grow our strategic accounts in Spain, with a strong focus on clients using or exploring CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship‐building skills, and solid expertise in the contact center technology ecosystem. In this role, you will maximize account value by identifying new opportunities, promoting high‐impact CCaaS solutions, and ensuring a results‐driven, customer‐centric account management approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect, arrange, visit, present, and reach selling agreements.
Report on the activity and work on the CRM of the company.
Track proposals made until acceptance by the client.
Representation of the company at different fairs and events in the sector.
Focus on generating leads and sending proposals to achieve the target.
QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.
Mandatory experience with CCaaS solutions, including understanding of core functionalities, operational KPIs, omnichannel capabilities, integrations (CRM, telephony, automation), and the typical CCaaS sales cycle.
Proven track record in managing strategic accounts, driving expansion, cross‐sell, upsell, and customer retention within SaaS or telecommunications environments.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of the Spanish contact center market and current industry trends.
Ability to analyze complex customer needs and translate them into clear CCaaS‐based value propositions.
Hands‐on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), with strong pipeline management discipline.
Fluency in Spanish and English ; additional languages are a plus.
Availability for occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
