The company is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead.
The Technical Lead in Omega’s Marketing team is responsible for overseeing the technical progress of projects, advising technical roles throughout various stages, and ensuring the development team meets client and company expectations regarding quality and profitability. This role involves identifying gaps, recommending solutions, serving as a technical reference with in-depth platform knowledge, and guiding the growth of team members. The Technical Lead collaborates closely with the Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and Client Lead.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Projects
2. Support commercial and functional teams with technical knowledge for solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
3. Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, ensuring project scope, timeline, and costs are managed effectively.
4. Ensure technical objectives are achieved and standards are met.
5. Supervise effort estimates and support testing phases.
6. Ensure the delivery of technical documentation.
Solutions
1. Provide effort estimations for marketing projects.
2. Collaborate on project demos and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
3. Evaluate and recommend innovative products and systems.
4. Work with technology providers as needed.
Team and Training
1. Share technical knowledge within Omega’s community of practice.
2. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills.
Skills
* Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
* Experience with Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
* Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* Salesforce certifications are a plus.
* High proficiency in English.
