We are looking for a senior HR leader who can think strategically, act hands‑on, and support a fast‑moving, international manufacturing organization. This role owns the full HR lifecycle and acts as a trusted partner to leadership during growth and change.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and company values
- Act in a very hands‑on capacity, personally involved in day‑to‑day HR operations where needed
- Directly manage and support recruitment activities, including senior and critical hires
- Handle labor law–related matters, ensuring compliance across multiple geographies and advising management on employee relations topics
- Identify HR trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and proactively propose practical solutions
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and training programs
- Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR matters and organizational change
- Oversee HR data management, analytics, and reporting to support business decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of general HR experience, including 3+ years at Director or VP level
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (Master's is a plus)
- Strong HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation xcskxlj & benefits, learning & development, and employment law
- Experience in startup or scale‑up environments, with proven success in transformation and change management
- Proven experience leading global, multicultural HR teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
