In this role you lead the Field Planning Team to deploy commercial strategies across regions, enabling a consumer-centric, multi-category approach. - Lead and coordinate Field Planning Specialists to ensure consistent execution across regions
- Foster cross-department collaboration to drive operational excellence
- Ensure adherence to planning processes and standards; monitor performance KPIs
- Develop and propose improvement initiatives based on performance insights

- Oversee regional plan execution and align with national strategies

- University degree in business, marketing, economics or similar
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in multinational/competitive environments
- Team management experience
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel required
- Experience in business planning xqbhyrx and local market strategy; strategic vision and forecasting
