**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Solve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
- Onboard carriers working with our customers
- Document issues and actions according to customer requirements.
- Collect, complete and enter customer information into our database
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
- Excellent knowledge in **English with solid knowledge in French. Other European language will be a plus**:
- High motivation, with a strong focus on client satisfaction
- A Team player who is able to build good relationships across functions and collaborate to achieve shared goals
- High accuracy standards
- Previous experience working in customer support is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Newcomers from a different profession are also welcome
