Senior Asset Manager
We are looking for a
Senior Asset Manager
with solid experience in managing
high-value and complex transactions, particularly within SME and corporate environments. The ideal candidate will have a
deep understanding of financial instruments
and be accustomed to handling
large-scale operations .
Main Responsibilities Negotiate and recover secured debt. Implement judicial and extrajudicial recovery strategies. Manage debt recovery processes for SMEs and corporations. Work with diverse financial products (leasing, commercial paper, credit lines, mortgages, etc.). Participate in due diligence processes to design realistic and feasible recovery scenarios that optimize results.
Ideal Profile Proven experience (5–7 years) in managing complex, high-value transactions. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Familiarity with bankruptcy and recovery processes. Ability to execute due diligence and develop actionable strategies. Industry experience and a solid economic and/or legal background. High proficiency in Excel and MS Office. English is essential
– daily work will be conducted in this language.

Salary:
A range of €40,000–€50,000 per year, plus social benefits and annual bonus, based on the candidate’s qualifications.
