**Genetic Sciences Division Inside Sales Manager**

**Location/Division Specific Information**
Located in Spain, you will join a dynamic division known for its collaborative and innovative spirit, driving detailed sales strategies in a premier environment.

Drive success in inside sales by managing customer relations, fostering growth within the customer base, and optimizing profitability.
**Key responsibilities will be:**
+ Lead and mentor a successful sales team
+ Develop and successfully conduct sales initiatives
+ Analyze market trends to drive outstanding outcomes
+ Positively represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at all times throughout customer locations

**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Life sciences
**Experience**
+ 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the research laboratory industry.
+ Prior management experience preferred
+ Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, in word and writing
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
+ Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation skills, and capable of delivering excellent customer service
+ Consistent record of leadership in establishing goals and achieving results
+ Possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet expectations as needed
+ Willing to travel to customer locations, if needed
