Your responsibilities You will be responsible for: Selling our flexible workspace solutions to small, medium, and large accounts (private offices, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, third places…). Building a relevant targeting strategy and defining account approaches. Identifying and engaging C-level decision-makers: HR Directors, CEOs, Real Estate Directors, Procurement, Facility Management… Prospecting and developing new accounts, mapping organizations, and building full account strategies. Representing Wojo Poblenou and promoting the site within the local ecosystem (brokers, institutions, entrepreneurial networks…). Working closely with the onsite team at Wojo Poblenou and local partner to ensure a seamless and outstanding customer experience. Leading and closing strategic, high-value negotiations. Developing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with commercial and marketing teams. Coordinating onboarding for new clients with internal support teams. Monitoring and managing performance and productivity KPIs.
