Committed to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team to support the French market and strengthen our relationships with clients and partners.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Front Office for the French Market to join our dynamic team in Viladecans, Spain. This role will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking clients, playing a key role in order management, complaint resolution, and ensuring smooth communication between departments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process customer orders from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.Serve as the main contact point for French-speaking clients, sales, and internal teams, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.Coordinate with production plants and transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery of products.Monitor and follow up on shipping activities to ensure all customer orders are completed.Handle customer complaints, returns, and other requests, providing quick and effective solutions.Work closely with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.RequirementsNative or near-native proficiency in French (spoken and written). Professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
