Our client is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join an international team focused on building scalable, automated, and high-performing infrastructure for next-generation platforms.
This is a contract role, and candidates should be comfortable working within the Asian time zone (SGT/JST).
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration and deployment processes across large-scale cloud environments. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance, reliability, and automation excellence.
Key Responsibilities Design and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient build, test, and deployment workflows.
Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
Collaborate with software engineering, operations, and security teams to enhance system reliability and security.
Monitor and optimize performance across cloud environments to ensure high availability and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in automation and system operations.
Skills & Experience Proven experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure management.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Shell for automation.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a distributed team environment.
