About the Role
As an HSE Technician at MAHLE, you will perform risk prevention functions, including risk assessment, technical reporting, supporting safety audits, and managing HSE training for employees. You will act as the HSE technician within our prevention service, managing occupational risks and environmental prevention.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Prevention and Environment department in all functions.
2. Participate in the company's occupational risk prevention service.
3. Conduct risk assessments, update, and revise related documents.
4. Perform ergonomic and psychosociological assessments; help implement risk mitigation measures.
5. Plan preventive activities and establish necessary measures based on risk assessments.
6. Assist in managing preventive and corrective measures and ensure their implementation.
7. Contribute to the preparation of annual and periodic reports for the prevention service.
8. Provide staff training on ORP and inform employees about risks and preventive measures.
9. Manage PPE orders, delivery, and records.
10. Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
11. Conduct measurements (lighting, noise, chemicals, etc.) and prepare reports.
12. Coordinate with external prevention services and support external audits and inspections.
13. Manage health surveillance programs and coordinate with medical providers.
14. Ensure compliance with company-wide safety and environmental policies, including ISO 14001.
15. Participate in safety and environmental audits at other plants and in international meetings.
16. Support environmental management initiatives and training.
Skills & Strengths
* Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational risk prevention, either external or internal.
* Master's in prevention of labor risks with specialties in safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosociology.
* Degree in Electronic Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
