📌 We’re hiring a Creative Project Manager at Wirestock
Wirestock provides creator-sourced, licensed data solutions for generative AI. We work with leading AI labs and enterprise customers to deliver high-quality, scalable datasets used to train and improve AI models.
We’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale creative content projects across photography, illustration, design, and other visual media. You’ll work directly with a diverse creator network including photographers, illustrators, designers, videographers, and 3D artists.
In this role, you’ll own each project from concept to completion through clear planning, smooth coordination, and strong communication. Your leadership will turn creative and visual ideas into high-quality outcomes, while managing content workflows, data, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
* Build structured project plans that align with company goals and guarantee on-time delivery.
* Oversee high-volume visual content pipelines (photo, illustration, design, 3D), ensuring smooth production cycles and timely delivery.
* Coordinate asset flow, metadata requirements, reviews, and content submissions.
* Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, creators, partners, and freelancers.
* Allocate resources effectively, including time, budgets, teams, tools, and freelancers.
* Manage and organize project assets and data, ensuring accuracy, structure, and accessibility for decision-making.
* Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
* Ensure all visual content meets quality standards, brand guidelines, and project expectations.
* Identify risks early and implement strategies to prevent delays or workflow issues.
* Collaborate with creators, reviewers, data teams, and other departments to maintain a seamless production workflow.
* Develop positive relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their expectations are clearly understood and met.
Qualifications
* At least 4 years of experience in project management, ideally in visual content, creative production, or media workflows.
* Background in creative agencies, design studios, photo production, or multimedia environments is highly preferred.
* Understanding of photography or illustration workflows is a strong plus.
* Knowledge of design basics (color, layout, visual hierarchy, typography) is a big advantage.
* Familiarity with video or 3D content production is preferred.
* Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and high-volume content pipelines.
* Strong communication skills in both written and verbal form.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently while coordinating multiple teams and deadlines.
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-changing creative environment.
* Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on time.
