We are expanding our team and seeking a Research Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-paced company. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in social sciences research methods, who are eager to contribute to high-impact projects. Based in Barcelona, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to tackle critical policy challenges and support evidence-based policymaking.
Responsibilities
* Conduct literature reviews and desk research.
* Design, monitor, and conduct interviews and surveys.
* Analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
* Prepare presentations and research briefs.
* Draft text for research proposals and deliverables.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of evaluation and impact assessments.
* Identify proposal requirements, including administrative documents.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Master's degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, or Social Sciences (or closely related fields).
* Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas concisely.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* EU policy knowledge.
* Proficiency in English with professional / academic experience.
* Additional EU languages spoken (French, German or others) are a plus.
* EU work permit.
* Experience with at least one statistical tool (e.g., R, Stata, SPSS) is a plus.
* Knowledge of survey and programming tools (e.g. Qualtrics) is a plus.
