The position focuses on supporting manufacturing activities across multiple external production environments. The opportunity offers remote work options within a dynamic and internationally oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and materials including metallics, plastics, and composite materials (such as CFRP) combined with strong execution capabilities in supply chain and production planning.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage material flow across manufacturing operations, ensuring continuity of supplyOversee procurement of raw materials and tooling used in aerospace structures productionDevelop and maintain MRP-driven material plans, including safety stock and inventory strategiesCollaborate closely with engineering, quality, and suppliers to support production schedules and resolve constraintsMonitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, lead times, cost) and implement corrective actionsSupport sourcing activities including supplier selection, RFQs, technical assessments, and onboardingManage lead times for critical and long-cycle materials, ensuring availability for productionDrive improvements in inventory management, logistics efficiency, and cost optimizationContribute to make-or-buy decisions and support the introduction of new materials or productsEnsure compliance with aerospace quality standards (e.G., AS9100 / ISO), traceability, and documentationSupport production ramp-ups and new program launches within aerospace or advanced manufacturing environmentsMaintain accurate data within ERP/MRP systems (BOMs, lead times, planning parameters)Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategiesQualificationsEducation (preferred): Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical disciplineExperience: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations within the aerospace sector, or similar industries such as automotive, space, or advanced manufacturingPreferred SkillsExperience working with aerospace materials (metals, plastics, composites)Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO quality frameworksExposure to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience managing international suppliers and complex supply xohynlm chainsBackground in project-based or industrial environmentsCore CompetenciesStrong communication skills in English and SpanishAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced production environmentsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilitiesProven experience in supplier management and cross-functional collaborationStructured, detail-oriented, and results-driven approachKey Skill AreasSupply Chain Management & ExecutionProduction Planning & MRPSupplier Management & Strategic SourcingInventory Management & Demand PlanningAerospace Manufacturing & Advanced Materials (CFRP, metallics, plastics)ERP/MRP Systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar)Lean Manufacturing & Continuous ImprovementRisk Management & Cost OptimizationTechnical and Operational Communication
