What You'll Do:
- Create job ads and publish them across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, schools/universities, etc.)
- Create Social Media Content for recruitment
- Research Social Media Trends for recruitment content
- Help identify external recruitment sources (agencies, job boards)
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify recruitment and tech trends
- Support other administrative tasks
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates
What We're Looking For:
- University agreement is necessary
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, creative
- Passion for people, marketing, research, and communication
