This position is part of the wider legal team and will:

The focus is on supporting Unilever Business Operations functions as a legal business partner, utilizing in-house and external legal support. This includes business counseling, drafting scope, supervising legal work, and advising on complex or high-risk matters, including contract negotiations, reviews, and drafting. Significant interaction with business partners will be key to success.
This supervisory role suits a mature candidate with proven legal skills, supervisory experience, and the ability to quickly identify and communicate core risks succinctly.

Key Responsibilities:
* Instruct, review, and redraft a wide range of medium and complex contracts within scope, with minimal escalation.
* Delegate and supervise legal outsourcing and insourcing resources.
* Provide clear, business-oriented legal support and guidance.
* Identify legal risks and help the business navigate them with compliant solutions.
* Communicate risks and guidance clearly to non-legal audiences.
