We are partnering with a global leader in industrial machinery for the food processing industry, looking to hire a Sales Manager to drive growth across Northwest Spain and Portugal, with a strong focus on the seafood sector.
This is a high-impact, field-based commercial role combining technical sales, business development, and key account management in a fast-moving industrial environment.
The Role
You will take full ownership of your territory, working closely with food processors, plant managers, and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency, hygiene, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a territory growth strategy
* Identify and win new business opportunities across food & seafood processing
* Build strong relationships with end-users and OEMs
* Deliver consultative, value-based sales at plant and management level
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver optimal solutions
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B technical sales (machinery, food processing, packaging, automation, or similar)
* Strong hunter mindset with a track record in new business development
* Comfortable operating in industrial/plant environments
* Ability to sell complex, technical solutions in a consultative way
* High level of autonomy, drive, and commercial ownership
* Willingness to travel extensively (70–80%)
