Corus is looking for a Business Analyst / Support to join our team and participate in international projects.
Location : Hybrid from Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support the main product owners of Survey Management Tool, Videoconference Product and wallet cards.
* Assist with the configuration of new customers (business units).
* Provide L2 support activities for the mentioned products.
* Help with analytics and tracking the performance of the products.
* Generate reports and insights to drive product improvements.
* Support our business units with technical matters such as APIs and cloud approvals.
* Conduct recurrent technical assessments to ensure product quality and performance.
* Collaborate with business units to enhance their digital marketing strategies and customer experience.
Qualifications :
* Degree in Marketing, Administration, IT, or a related field.
* Some experience working in the digital sector, preferably in marketing.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Familiarity with digital marketing, online marketing, websites, apps, and SaaS.
* Proficient with analytics tools and performance tracking.
* Preferable technical background with experience in IT-related tasks.
