This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced and motivated real estate professional who wants to focus on sales not paperwork supported by a strong internal team that manages marketing administration and legal processes.

Your Role
* Guide international clients through the full property-buying process.
* Conduct online and in-person viewings of new developments.
* Negotiate and close property sales with professionalism.
* Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.
Requirements
* Fluent in German French or Polish plus strong English.
* Minimum 1 year of real estate or proven sales experience.
* Based on the Costa del Sol.
* Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
* Self-motivated organized and professional.
