In this Process Consultant role, you will standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end processes to improve efficiency across the organization. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, RPA, Celonis) to design sustainable solutions and monitor their impact on performance. You will drive process optimization using BPM methods, support change across multi-country projects, and provide training to business teams. This is a chance to shape scalable processes in a global, diverse environment and contribute to TD SYNNEX’s mission of delivering technology solutions safely and efficiently.

• Standardize, optimize, and automate processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA, Celonis) to develop sustainable solutions
• Implement changes and monitor business impact
• Provide support and training on new processes and tools
Responsabilidades
• +5 years in a similar role
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or other PM methodologies
• Experience in Change Management on multi-function/country projects
• Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis); AI tools xpzdshu a plus
• SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA, and Business Warehouse) a plus
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication with stakeholders at various levels
