Job Purpose :
Allianz Direct continues to grow, and we are looking for a talented Information Security GRC Specialist to join our team.
We seek an individual who is eager to work hands-on to help the security team accelerate and support our business even faster.
In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your expertise in information security frameworks to drive GRC initiatives, utilizing cutting-edge automation tools to streamline processes, ensure efficient risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance oversight across the organization.

Responsibilities :
* Manage and improve our Governance Framework, in line with regulatory requirements and Allianz group-wide standards, including ISO 27001, DORA, GDPR, NIS, etc.
* Optimize our Information Security Control Framework for efficiency and transparency for partners, auditors, and stakeholders.
* Support and execute the Information Risk Management process, including risk analytics, mitigation, and reporting for Senior Leadership and the Board of Management.
* Conduct regular self-assessments against our Control Framework, supporting stakeholders in evidence collection.
* Assist with other Governance and Compliance tasks, such as technical documentation, vulnerability follow-up, and third-party risk management.
Requirements :
* University degree in relevant disciplines preferred.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security with a focus on GRC.
* Experience with Information Security GRC tools.
* Knowledge of governance in cloud-native environments and its implications on GRC.
* Ability to communicate complex security issues to technical teams, business leaders, and auditors.
* Understanding of compliance regulations and standards (e.G., DORA, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIS).
* Proficiency in English;
additional languages are a plus.
