**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
**SANTANDER TECHNOLOGY & OPERATIONS is looking for a SENIOR NETWORK ARCHITECT **based in BOADILLA DEL MONTE.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**
As a **Senior Network Architect, **you will be in charge of create and provide Network architectural support for our Enterprise Network, On-prem DCs and Public Clouds, to aid Santander Group digital transformation. This role will be key to the connection and translation between business/customer needs and technical requirements.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Designing appropriate network solutions for Enterprise Networks including LAN and WAN solutions.
- Explaining complex network architectures and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management.
- Leading the general reference architectures and group standards.
- Proactively identify weak areas and inefficiencies across network and infrastructure.
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrable experience in architecting / building and delivering highly available and fault tolerant Enterprise network solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Viptela, FortiGate or VMware Velocloud
EDUCATION
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. (The degree can be supplied with experience).
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge in engineering and architecting SD-WAN, SDN and SDx solutions
- Industry standard Network Certification CCIE/JNCIE, CCNP or equivalent
- In-depth understanding of Network security, Load Balancers and DNS solutions.
Recommended:
- AWS / Azure Architecture Certification
- Experience in Zero-Trust Networking designs
- Data Center virtualization certification
