If you are hardworking and dedicated, our Graduate Programme will accelerate your career. You will experience different facets of our business and gain insights into how various areas operate.
We design our programmes to provide a broad understanding of GSK. Throughout the programme, you will receive support, but the responsibility for shaping your career rests with you. Regular discussions with your manager will help you track your progress and plan your future. We value mentoring and coaching, so you will have access to experienced professionals for guidance.
