Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. Valeo is offering an Internship program within **Human Resources Area**you will support the Department in the following tasks:
- Support the deployment of training programs to ensure the training of personnel to perform their competences.
- Implement the Training Plan in Martos Site based in TDP (Technology Development Plan)/MTP (Mid term Plan)/Budget Group and BG (Business Group) guide lines and mandatory training list.
- To collaborate with managers and networks to identify training needs and follow up the training plan status with them.
- Analyse training needs for individual employees as well as networks.
- Follow the training budget, grants and documentation.
- Implement the communication plan in Martos Site.
- Support organization of communication activities.
**To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the next requirements**:
- Human Resources degree, Psychology degree or Business Administration degree (Spanish public universities' graduates or students )
- Pasionate about HR topics.
- Be result oriented, commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
- Professionalism and transparency.
- Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
