WHAT WILL YOU DO? ✍️
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft and HCL teams during the design and configuration phase to ensure effective knowledge transfer and proper documentation of backlog items.
- Take ownership of backlog items post Microsoft exit, ensuring product readiness and platform continuity.
- Develop and enhance integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and the broader AWS ecosystem.
- Design and develop Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and administration via the Power Platform Admin Centre.
- Perform Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customisations such as PCF controls, plugins, web resources and JavaScript.
- Manage Azure components related to CCaaS, including Azure Communication Services and Event Grid configurations.
- Develop and hand over custom APIs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support integration and automation requirements.
- Develop and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure and enhance voice channel solutions leveraging Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.
- Contribute to the continuous evolution and transformation of the Dynamics 365 CRM Contact Centre platform.
