Offer Description
Research line Position #1:
* Design, validation, production, and infection of AAVs for the treatment of disease models carrying the Lmna-R249W mutation.
* CRISPR 1.0 and 2.0-mediated gene editing, including gRNA design, vector production, and molecular characterization of CRISPR-induced changes through next-generation sequencing (NGS) at the genomic DNA and cDNA levels.
* Histopathological characterization of CRISPR treatment effects, including gene expression analysis by RT-PCR/qPCR and protein expression by Western blot and immunohistochemistry, as well as histopathological and cardiac function analysis in collaboration with pathology and cardiology specialists.
* Analysis of sequences, data, and images from the study using specialized software (SnapGene, GraphPad, ImageJ).
* Scientific writing, dissemination of results, and preparation of research papers.
Research line Position #2:
* Development of new CAR-T cell-based therapies in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models.
* Study of immunosuppressive cells in the tumor microenvironment as support for new immunotherapies, in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models.
* Analysis of study data and images using specialized software (SnapGene, GraphPad, ImageJ).
* Writing of scientific articles, patents, and dissemination of results at conferences and other forums.
