What will you be doing?
As our Marketing Manager, you will focus on driving growth through these core pillars:
* Inbound Lead Generation: Create and execute strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads that directly fuel the sales pipeline.
* Human-Centric Social Media: Maintain and grow our social media presence (mainly LinkedIn) with a "human touch," moving away from rigid corporate tones to create practical and useful content.
* Web management: optimize Nemi's website for lead generation and brand awareness, managing SEO, content strategy, and performance analysis.
* Event Management: Identify and manage Nemi's participation in relevant international trade fairs, congresses, forums, and dissemination events.
* Result-Oriented Strategy: Define and lead a marketing strategy focused strictly on results (leads, conversions, and pipeline).
* R&D & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the other departments of the company.
* Create and deliver compelling marketing materials and playbooks to enable the success of our partners.

* Language Expert: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. Other languages will be highly valued.
* Relevant Background: Experience in B2B Digital Marketing, ideally in software solutions (SaaS) or within the mobility sector.
* Revenue Mindset: You understand how marketing supports sales and revenue, not just brand awareness.
* Creative: Skilled in translating marketing strategy into visual reality using design tools and AI.
