Trainee in Event Management
to support our project teams and learn the ropes of the MICE industry firsthand.
The Role
As a
Trainee Event Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our project teams from day one. You’ll assist in planning, organizing, and delivering events of all kinds—from corporate meetings and incentive trips to automotive events and conferences. This role is the perfect starting point for a career in event management. You’ll gain real-world experience, work with international clients, and be mentored by industry experts.
Your Responsibilities
Project Support
Assist Project Managers with planning and coordination of events, including logistics, supplier communication, and client support.
Research & Proposals
Support the preparation of creative event concepts, proposals, presentations, and detailed itineraries.
Supplier & Partner Coordination
Help source and coordinate with venues, hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
On-Site Support
Be part of the action on event days—helping with guest management, logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Administrative Tasks
Assist with documentation, contracts, budgets, and data entry to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For
A passion for
events, travel, and hospitality, ideally with previous experience through internships or summer jobs.
A
proactive, hands‑on attitude
and a willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of event tech platforms is a plus.
Fluent in
English ; Spanish and/or German is a big advantage.
Flexibility to travel for events when needed.
A
completed vocational training (Ausbildung), ongoing studies in tourism/event management, or a relevant educational background.
