Job Responsibilities
* Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banqueting event orders).
* Promote brand awareness internally and externally.
* Gather materials and assemble information packs (e.g., brochures, promotional material).
* Utilize sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty to the hotel.
* Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) into systems involved in the sales process.
* Respond to guest inquiries about hotel facilities and services (e.g., opening hours, room rates and types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
Qualifications
* Fluency in English (oral and written); a second language is an asset.
* Previous customer-related experience is valued.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
* Highly responsible and discreet.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
* Customer-focused, calm, and courteous demeanor.
* Own vehicle required.
