PFrom HCL Tech we are loking for ab RPA Project Manager /b /ppbr/ppbRole: /b /ppCoordinate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold /pp• Ensure all RPA projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints /pp• Assist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and desired quality /pp• Ensure resource availability and allocation /pp• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress /pp• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques /pp• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques /pp• Report and escalate to management as needed /pp• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders /pp• Run,manage develop customer facing project status meetings as required. /pp• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation /pp• Collaborate with project managers worldwide to improve PM efficiency /pp• Foster relationships with customers enabling future account sales /pp• Work collaboratively with the Professional Services Team, Customer Engagement team and assist is the proper expectation of resources and timing /pp• Internalize every aspect of the customer experience as it relates to delivery excellence /pp• Assist in the development and/or review of SOWs, MSAs, and other related documentation /pp• Maintain high levels of customer/partner engagement with a focus on CSAT and NPS. /pp• Coordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience /pp• Continually work to identify, develop and share new uses for UiPath /pp• Identify best practice artifacts that can be packaged into delivery kits and shared with partners /pp• Help drive customer references and case studies. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pp5+ years of experience in RPA project management working for system integrators and/or global SI. /pp• 10+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization /pp• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills /pp• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office /pp• PMP / PRINCE II certification a plus /pp• Experience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects /pp• External customer-facing management experience a plus (including partners) /pp• Internal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) a plus /pp• Experience managing multiple workstream, Agile Project Management professional services SOW's in parallel a plus /pp• Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption, Proven experience building strong internal and external relationships /pp· UiPath project management is mandatory /pp• Previous experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span is a plus /p
