Job Overview Retail Sales Executive (Full time) in Spain, responsible for implementing brand strategies at the store level, supporting sell‐out activities, and building strong partnerships with retail customers, with a key focus on one of our Key Account Customers.
Key Responsibilities Present and promote the SKIL product range in key retail stores across Spain.
Implement marketing materials and ensure correct in‐store brand visibility.
Train store staff on SKIL products, features, and benefits.
Present SKIL offers and promotions to store managers.
Negotiate promotional placements and in‐store visibility.
Build and develop long‐term relationships with retail partners, especially Leroy Merlin.
Monitor market trends, competition, and store feedback.
Act as a brand ambassador for SKIL in the Spanish retail market.
Profile Vocational education or degree in Commerce, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in sales within the hardware, DIY, or tools industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Entrepreneurial, hands‐on and results‐driven mindset.
High level of motivation, resilience, and a hunter mentality.
Conversational English skills (spoken and written).
Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
Previous experience with Key Account Customers is a strong advantage.
