Business Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst / Sales Performance Specialist to join our Retail Excellence (REX) team.
Role Objective: To monitor and control key business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, successfully achieving company targets.
* Monitor sales trends against budgets and forecasts, keeping the Retail Director and sales team informed and highlighting opportunities or issues.
* Analyze key business KPIs such as conversion rate, ASP, bino-rate, aiming to optimize growth and productivity.
* Conduct deep dives into customer segments to understand business trends and define targeted actions.
* Create and share regular portfolio analyses and forecasts regarding target achievements based on various factors.
* Design and manage sales incentive plans and commission schemes in collaboration with HR and Finance.
* Define and oversee promotions and discounts in coordination with local and regional Marketing and Pricing teams, aligned with company strategies.
Education & Experience Requirements
* University degree in quantitative fields such as Economics, Engineering, or Statistics.
* Experience managing complex data structures with a strong focus on data analysis and understanding business impacts.
* Project management and analysis experience in Sales and Marketing within international contexts.
* Proficiency in Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
* Knowledge of Power BI; SQL skills are advantageous.
* Fluent in English.
