We're building the future of wind instruments, reinventing how it’s learned and played. With the Travel Sax already in thousands of hands and new instruments and features on the way, we're scaling fast.
But scaling without friction takes more than great hardware and an engaging app. It takes systems that connect everything, automate the boring stuff, and provide real-time insights. That’s where you come in.
We're looking for an Automation & Data Systems Engineer who’s comfortable connecting disparate systems together, automating business flows & extracting key insights at scale. If you've ever built a rock-solid workflow using n8n, scraped insights by connecting multiple data sources, or automated your team out of repetitive tasks, you’ll feel right at home!
Tasks
1. Systems Integration & Automation
Build the glue that holds our stack together. You'll connect tools, automate repetitive work, and design resilient workflows to keep our operations lean and scalable:
* Connect our growing stack of tools: Shopify, PostHog, Monday.Com, marketing platform & our Supabase databases.
* Build automation workflows using n8n or code scripts to eliminate repetitive manual work across operations, support, logistics, and marketing
* Maintain clean, resilient, and monitored automations that scale with the company
2. Team Enablement
Your work will save hours of manual effort across teams. You’ll empower support, marketing, ops and product by removing friction and letting them focus on what matters.
* Free up hours of the team’s time every week by automating tedious or repetitive workflows
* Translate unclear business needs into working systems and experiments
* Keep things organized: guides, naming, error handling, ownership
3. Data & Insights
Turn scattered data into clear direction. You'll collect, clean, and transform data across departments into insights that drive decisions and unlock experiments.
* Aggregate and transform data from multiple sources into useful, actionable insights for product, marketing, support, and operations
* Build internal dashboards and reports (basic or custom-built) that the team actually uses
* Ensure the quality, consistency, and structure of data flowing across systems
4. Support E-Commerce, App & Manufacturing Ops
Our business spans hardware, ecommerce, and a fast-evolving app, and we need systems that reflect that. You'll support and improve everything from stock tracking to product usage analytics.
* Improve tracking of stock, delivery, order status, and vendor logistics
* Help manage and evolve our backend workflows across hardware and software operations
* Connect real-world data (manufacturing, sales) with product usage insights from our app
Requirements
Technical Skills
* 5+ years experience in system integration, workflow automation, and/or internal tooling
* Fluent in JavaScript or Python, APIs, and working with structured/unstructured data
* Comfortable with data manipulation, cleaning, transformation: whatever it takes to get to the insight
* Strong experience with n8n or similar No Code automation tool
* Familiarity with Shopify, PostHog, and Monday.Com is a big plus
Mindset & Qualities
* Tech-native: You know how to pick the right tool for the job, and you don’t over-engineer
* Self-starting: You identify inefficiencies before they’re a problem and take initiative to fix them
* Detail-oriented: You’re not afraid to look into the details to make sure that the numbers add up.
* Creative builder: You’re not looking to replicate enterprise patterns, you invent your own lean stack with modern tools.
* Systems thinker: You can connect business ops, product data, and team workflows into one coherent system
* Collaborative: You understand what the marketing/support/logistics teams need, even when they can’t explain it clearly or don’t understand the underlying technology
Benefits
* Full-time role
* Competitive Barcelona-level salary
* Flexible working culture
* Direct impact on the future of music education technology
* Collaborative and innovation-driven environment
