In this role, youll onboard and support high-potential companies in the Danish market helping them grow, scale, and succeed. You´ll act as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, boosting campaign performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard a portfolio of new clients and design high-performing PPC campaigns.
* Make outbound calls to engage businesses and present tailored advertising solutions.
* Understand client objectives and create strategies for both short-term impact and long-term success.
* Increase campaign investment through upselling and optimization.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date client data in CRM systems.
* Handle high daily call volumes while delivering excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree (Masters in Marketing/Communications a plus).
* C2 level Danish, C1 English.
* 20+ months of sales and/or marketing experience in client-facing roles.
* Strong knowledge of the German market and cultural business practices.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven outreach strategies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in teams.
* Understanding of GDPR and local digital marketing regulations.
