For one of our main clients located in Alcobendas, Omnitel is looking for a Brand Paid Media Operations Executive to support the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across channels and business divisions. This role is focused on hands-on campaign operations and results monitoring, working closely with media agencies and internal teams under the guidance of the Brand Paid Media Operations Lead.
The position is ideal for a developing paid media professional looking to grow in an advertiser environment with exposure to multiple channels and business objectives..

Annual Gross Salary: 26K-28K

Responsabilities :
Campaign Execution & Optimization across channels (TV, Radio CTV, Social, Display, Video).
Implement optimization actions based on performance data and guidance from senior team members.
Work with media agencies on campaign implementation, creative updates, and ongoing optimizations.
Ensure correct setup of campaigns, tracking, and naming conventions.
Support day-to-day operational communication with agencies.
Campaign results Monitoring & Reporting
Identify performance trends and flag risks or opportunities to the Brand Paid Media Operations Lead.
Help ensure consistency in KPIs and reporting across divisions.
Collaborate with internal teams (social, brand, marketing, analytics) on campaign needs and requirements.
Continuously develop paid media knowledge through hands-on execution and feedback.
Requirements :
3+ years of experience in paid media or marketing.
Basic to solid knowledge of key paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
