Sales Account Manager (m / f / d) Southern Europe
We are seeking a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Account Manager to oversee and develop our client base in Southern Europe, focusing on Channel Partners and OEMs. The region includes Spain, Italy, Algeria, and the Mediterranean Sea.
The role requires a deep understanding of the regional business landscape. The position is preferably based in Spain or Italy and reports to the Sales Director for South Europe, based in France. Responsibilities include managing relationships with existing Channel Partners, driving new business development, and identifying growth opportunities.

Dresser Utility Solutions provides measurement, instrumentation, piping solutions, and over-pressure protection devices for the natural gas and utility markets worldwide, including water, gas, and electric sectors. Our portfolio includes gas metering and volume correction devices, pipeline integrity solutions, pressure regulators, high-performance pressure relief devices, chemical injection pumps, and electric actuators.
Key Responsibilities :
* Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners in Southern Europe, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
* New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build a pipeline, and convert leads into long-term clients.
* Market Analysis: Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to position our products effectively. Ensure products are regionally certified.
* Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and implement tailored sales strategies.
* Reporting: Track sales performance, report forecasts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales peers, product managers, and sales admin teams based in Germany.
* Travel: Regular travel within the region for client visits and industry events.
Qualifications :
* Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or account management, ideally in the energy or gas industry.
* Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
* Skilled negotiator with commercial and financial acumen.
* Initiative-taking and innovative problem-solving abilities.
