**Tasks to be performed**:- Report stock level and fulfillment deliveries to customer.- Customer incident analysis including 8D leadership if necessary.- Identification and escalation of non-compliance risks on time delivery to customer.- Participation in daily meeting with production areas and review production planning as a result of it.- Confirmation of the delivery plan to the customer.- Contract planning review.- Review customer portals.- Structures, updates in EOP / SOP / Changes.- Special manufactures.- Dispute service levels.- Ensure in introductions and changes the labels, documentation of the shipment and content of the correct electronic transmissions.**Requirements**:- This position is the link between our manufacturing plant and our end customers.- Both for the monitoring of the programs, and in the resolution of logístical incidents.- An engineer with a high level of English is required and knowledge of French will be valued.- Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.- Previous SAP knowledge will be valued.- Teamwork skills are required.- Knowledge in data analysis will be valued.
