Role is organizationally placed under Process Quality. The main tasks are to support the Deviating materials process and the cleanliness process. Key Responsibilities Lead and actively work with cleanliness analyses and improvements in production. Lead improvement work regarding 5S and train staff in the 5S structure. Organize and manage internal sorting within production, incoming inspection, and warehouse. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Lead cleanliness work within production. Actively work on improvement efforts regarding cleanliness in production. Follow up on results from the cleanliness lab and work preventively. Be responsible for and lead sorting for production and warehouse. Assist in resolution of Quality Issues as a resource. Perform line audits in regards to process control / compliance with routines and work instructions Organize and lead 5S work in production. Organize and lead Tecsa audits in production. Conduct 5S audits in all areas of production. Train in 5S. KPI owner for 5S. Lead Operation Excellence. Authority to stop production if deviations are detected. Influence improvements according to the 5S routine and cleanliness routine. Influence improvements regarding the handling of non-conforming material within production and internal sorting. Education & Experience needed Vocational school or high-school Diploma Analytical and interested in quality work. Technically interested both practically and theoretically. Trained and experienced user of 5S. Very knowledgeable in MS Office. Trained and experienced user of quality tools.
