Role Overview:
Lead end-to-end SAP testing initiatives for large-scale ERP programs, including SAP ECC and S/4 HANA transformations. Ensure quality delivery through robust test strategies, automation frameworks, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage comprehensive test strategies for SAP ECC and S/4 HANA transformation programs.
Oversee all testing phases: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance testing.
Drive automation adoption (Shift Left approach) and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Lead general teams across multiple geographies and manage vendor coordination.
Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools (e.g., TOSCA, Solution Manager).
Required Skills & Experience:
~20+ years in SAP testing, with hands-on experience in both ECC and S/4 HANA transformation projects.
~ Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
~ Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.) and related Saa S services.
~ Proven experience in test automation frameworks and performance testing.
~ Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and test management tools (HP ALM, Jira).
