If you are commercially strong, autonomous and connected to the cycling and outdoor community — this role is for you. /pp This is a field-based position with up to 80% travel within the assigned territory. /pp The main tasks of the position are: /p p The Sales Representative will drive revenue growth, strengthen dealer relationships and position Giro Cycling and Camelbak as leading brands in the region. /p pb Sales Management /b /pp• Establish Giro Cycling and Camelbak as primary partners within the East Spain territory /pp • Develop existing accounts and secure new representation in specialized and lifestyle retail /pp • Drive Pre-Book, Re-Order and Clearance sales cycles /pp • Maximize revenue and profitability across assigned accounts /pp • Achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned geographies /pp • Report opportunities, risks and support needs to the Country Manager /pp • Actively participate in sales meetings and provide market feedback /p pb Dealer Management /b /pp• Build strong, collaborative relationships with customers /pp • Deliver seasonal merchandising presentations and product training sessions /pp • Manage order status and resolve delivery, stock or payment issues /pp • Execute seasonal campaigns, catalogs and in-season initiatives /pp • Identify and develop Shop-in-Shop opportunities in collaboration with Marketing /pp • Conduct regular account visits to drive revenue and strengthen brand execution /pp • Support key events and distributor initiatives within the territory /p pb Market Management /b /pp• Act as brand ambassador at mountain bike races, events and industry gatherings /pp • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategy /pp • Stay updated on product launches and category trends /pp • Identify new distribution opportunities within the territory /pp • Maintain consistent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders /p p Position requirements: /p p Qualifications: /pp• 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative /pp • Experience working with independent bike shops and retail chains /pp • Strong presentation and customer service skills /pp • English level B1 minimum /pp • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) /pp • Basic Salesforce knowledge /pp • Availability to travel up to 80% /pp • Full driving license /p p Competences: /pp• Strong negotiation and influencing skills /pp • Results-oriented and performance-driven mindset /pp • Excellent communication skills at all levels /pp • Ability to manage multiple accounts autonomously /pp • Strong commercial and financial understanding /pp • Ability to identify and prospect new distributors /pp • Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines /p pb Preferred /b /pp• Experience in cycling, outdoor or action sports industry /pp • Active involvement in mountain biking, cycling or outdoor sports /pp Passionate about cycling and ready to grow our brands in East Iberia?
