Community Manager
Reports to:
Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture an engaged online community to strengthen brand presence and foster a positive digital environment.
Support the Marketing Department with community-oriented strategies and excellent service delivery.
Act as a dynamic content creator for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Organize photo sessions and video recordings to generate appealing visual content.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
Plan and schedule posts, stories, and interactive campaigns.
Monitor and update web content for a consistent digital presence.
Moderate online interactions, respond to comments and messages promptly.
Gather feedback from community interactions to guide brand improvements.
Identify and build relationships with industry influencers.
Manage influencer campaigns and establish agreements.
Provide activity reports to the Finance Department.
Foster a culture of excellence within the team and support team spirit.
Assist with marketing and sales events and activities.
Review guest/customer comments and advise on necessary changes.
Requirements:
Education in Marketing, Hospitality, or Tourism.
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Languages:
English and Spanish at a professional level;
additional languages (French, German, Russian, Arabic) are highly valued.
Work Conditions:
Long-term contract with training and professional development.
Full-time, 8 hours per day, without split shifts.
Two days off per week.
