Hello, Marketing and Sales Assistants!This role is a full-time position.**Salary**: $2,000 - $4,000 / month.**Working hours**: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm UK time (adaptable).**Requirements**:- Demonstrates excellent English communication skills.- Possesses a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Marketing and Sales Assistant or in a similar role.- Holds at least 1 year of experience in sales (ex. setter, closer, outreach, upselling, etc)- Holds at least 1 year of experience working in the recruitment industry (preferred).- Excellent knowledge of social media channels such as LinkedIn and YouTube.- Has experience in social media management.- Knowledgeable in using CRMs (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Huspot, and Smartlead).- Has experience with pipeline management or SDR (preferred).**Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:- Managing client campaign inboxes (3-4 inboxes)- Managing client & internal CRM systems- Help build out marketing ecosystems for clients:- Setting up and launching campaigns.- Brainstorming campaign ideas- Managing a social media posting schedule for internal social media channels- Ideation of content for the blog, YouTube, and LinkedIn.- Finding and scraping leads for client campaigns based on our process and our client’s target avatar.**Benefits**:- Access to a wide variety of paid training to improve marketing and sales knowledge- Annual trips (based on company targets)- Flexible work setup and schedule- 28 days paid annual leave- Opportunity to advance into roles of management and leadershipThis Position Is Perfect For You IfYou’re an Excellent Communicator.You excel in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, simplifying complex topics effectively.
