Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment Management: Oversee the daily operation of customer orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Database Management: Collect customer reports and maintain data accuracy through consistent tracking.
Dashboard Management: Update various dashboards daily and analyze data to ensure that all delivery information is communicated smoothly and efficiently.
Stock Monitoring: Monitor and analyze operational figures to maintain a reasonable stock level.
Allocation: Collaborate with country planners and delivery teams to allocate resources to the requested channels.
Sample Delivery Fulfillment: Organize and monitor end-to-end sample device delivery.
Other Assignments: Support the country delivery manager with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Able to start in our Madrid office in September for 40 hours/week, for a period of 6 months.
Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Responsible and has a proactive learning attitude.
Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments, and levels.
Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date.
