Product Innovation & Development </b></p><p></p><ul><li><b> End-to-End Product Development: </b> Partner with Brand Managers to guide new products and line extensions from concept to launch, ensuring strict execution timelines and cross-functional alignment. </li><li><b> Pipeline & Concept Creation: </b> Proactively identify portfolio gaps and write strategic briefs for R&D, translating trends and consumer needs into science-backed innovation pipelines. </li><li><b> Market Competitiveness: </b> Ensure all innovations deliver strong clinical claims, meaningful differentiation, and high competitiveness within the premium beauty market. </li><li><b> People Management: </b> Lead, coach, and develop a team of four professionals, fostering collaboration and a strong innovation mindset. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>3. NPD Process & Cross-Functional Coordination </b></p><p></p><ul><li><b> NPD Orchestration & Risk Management: </b> Drive the execution of the New Product Development (NPD) process, proactively managing risks, bottlenecks, and timelines to ensure efficiency and excellence. </li><li><b> Stakeholder Alignment: </b> Coordinate seamlessly with global cross-functional teams (R&D, Digital, Sales, Marketing) and maintain strong visibility with Country Managers and local markets. </li><li><b> Market Relevance & Commercial Viability: </b> Gather local market feedback to build robust business cases focused on incremental growth, high business impact, and accurate forecasting. </li><li><b> Launch Readiness: </b> Collaborate on global launch preparation, including storytelling, toolkits, clinical claims support, and activation planning. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>4.
