CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist

This hybrid role combines deep hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal developers, and the CEO. You will act as both the technical marketing operator ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the primary contact for delivering value in our managed deliverability and profit-optimized ESP services.


Key Responsibilities


MK Technical Operations & Analytics

* Manage the Mautic stack – installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
* Audit and optimize server cronjobs via SSH in collaboration with DevOps.
* Handle messenger triggers and consumer workers.
* Query engagement data using Amazon Athena (SQL) to validate KPIs and generate insights.
* Monitor email deliverability with tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox.

Approximately 95% of your time.

* Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API and Webhooks.


Customer Success & Coordination

* Serve as the main success contact for assigned accounts: schedule meetings, gather requirements, create tickets, and track SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between the development team, CEO, PM, and clients to ensure clarity on expectations, blockers, and timelines.
* Present weekly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and next steps.
* Collect feedback and convert it into backlog items or optimization ideas.


Project Prioritization & Growth

* Co-manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks for maximum ROI.
* Conduct small-scale experiments (e.g., subject-line tests, new segment rollouts) and analyze results.
* Identify and scope new customer prospects fitting our large email volume profile.
* Required experience: 2–4 years in CRM/Marketing Automation, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner.
* Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), Linux CLI, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives.
* Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a lean, iterative mindset.
* Mastery of AI tools for rapid content drafts and queries.
* Bonus skills: experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable.
* Alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles is preferred.

Celebrate milestones such as setting up new sending domains, managing client success, and autonomously handling multiple clients with minimal oversight.
