Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**As a **Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager, **you will boost Green Finance business globally in order to become a profitable engine for the bank.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Help identify and capture largest business opportunities in the regions / countries (e.G. agro, green buildings) in Retail and Commercial Banking- Define and support commercial green finance strategy, plans and framework, jointly with the Regions- Push green finance general businesses leveraging “Green factories” to create new business opportunities- Populate and embed a common green business culture across businesses- Ensure that across the Group, Santander plans are fulfilled to expand green product offering to address customer needs across segments, including. Individuals- Transfer customer engagement capabilities/expertise- Cross-fertilize businesses with best-in-class commercial initiatives- Engineer economies of skill exporting in-country expertise and best practicesEXPERIENCE- 12 years+ of experience within financial services industry with proven business experience of at least 6 yearsEDUCATION- Bachelor's degree.- Specific education in Sustainability is desiredSKILLS & KNOWLEDGE- Strong knowledge of the ESG regulatory landscape- Commercial Bank products expertise and proven track record of setting up new business from scratch- Ability to engage stakeholders across different geographies and divisions- Fluency in English and Spanish, a third language is desirable- High PPT and Excel skills- Strong communication and people management skillsOTHER INFORMATION- Availability to travel- If you want to know more about us, follow us on: _
